What this service is
CiudadaníaFácil is a study platform for the U.S. naturalization exam. It is not an official USCIS service nor a service of the United States government.
What's included
Access is a one-time payment of $14.99 for 12 months of access to all content, with no ads. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
What's NOT included
- Immigration legal advice.
- Any guarantee of passing the real interview.
- Representation before USCIS.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We only collect your name, email, and password (securely stored, never in plain text). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe: we never see or store card numbers.
Access period and renewal
Your access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. Because this is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal, nothing is charged when your access expires. If you want to keep using the platform, you can choose to repurchase another year at the then-current price. Email support@ciudadaniafacil.com with any questions.
Service changes
We may update exam content when USCIS publishes official changes. The price may change over time; the amount you paid covers your current 12-month access period, and any new price would only apply if you choose to repurchase.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your purchase. To request one, email support@ciudadaniafacil.com or use the form on our Support page, including your registered email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. After the 7-day period, purchases are non-refundable.
Since access is a one-time payment for 1 year (no auto-renewal), no subscription cancellation process applies — you simply won't be charged again.
Política de Reembolso
Ofrecemos un reembolso completo si lo solicitas dentro de los 7 días posteriores a tu compra. Para solicitarlo, escríbenos a support@ciudadaniafacil.com o usa el formulario de nuestra página de Soporte, indicando tu correo de registro y el motivo de tu solicitud. Los reembolsos se procesan en 5–7 días hábiles al mismo método de pago original. Pasado el periodo de 7 días, las compras no son reembolsables.
Como el acceso es un pago único por 1 año (sin renovación automática), no aplica ningún proceso de cancelación de suscripción — simplemente no se te volverá a cobrar.
